Can I walk in without an appointment?

Walk-ins are possible, but we recommend booking an appointment for your permanent bracelet. That said, if you're nearby, feel free to stop by. You can always check our available slots online to see what's open when you plan to come.

What kinds of permanent jewelry do you offer?

We create permanent bracelets, rings, anklets, belly chains and necklaces.

How long will my permanent bracelet last?

Our permanent bracelets are made from durable materials: 14k gold-filled, sterling silver and stainless steel (in gold or silver tone), all chosen to last.

That said, these metals can sometimes tarnish over time and with everyday beauty products. If that happens, a gentle clean with a soft toothbrush and a little toothpaste will bring back the shine.

Can my permanent bracelet be resized later?

You decide how snug your bracelet fits when it's welded on, and we always leave a little room.

If you'd like it tighter or looser later on, no problem! Just stop by the shop (no appointment needed) and we'll adjust it for you.

What if I want to take it off?

No worries. Simply cut the welded ring with nail clippers, wire cutters or scissors. Hold on to the chain and any charms, and we'll weld them back on for free.

What about medical exams (an MRI or a hospital stay)?

Not every medical exam or procedure requires removing your jewelry, but it's always best to check with a healthcare professional.

If you do need to remove your permanent bracelet, just cut the welded ring. Then stop by the shop, no appointment needed, and we'll weld it back on for free.

Will it set off airport security?

No, permanent bracelets don't set off airport security scanners. Travel with total peace of mind!

Don't worry! Getting a permanent bracelet is completely painless and risk-free.

Our highly trained team will make sure your bracelet is welded on safely and comfortably.

What's the guarantee, and how do repairs work?

Our permanent jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year against breakage.

After that, repairs are still available for €20.

We can also repair permanent bracelets made elsewhere, for the same price.

For repairs, no appointment needed: just drop by during opening hours.

My job doesn't allow permanent jewelry. What are my options?

If you work in healthcare, food service or anywhere jewelry needs to come off, there are a few options: add a clasp, go for an anklet, or choose a made-to-measure chain ring you can take off.

We simply adapt the piece to your everyday life.

Do you offer permanent jewelry for events or companies?

Yes. We can come to corporate events, parties, launches, off-sites and brand activations.
